enjarjes, tas de charge

@Jacinta In this sentence you can simply say "vaults with a large number of courses in tas-de-charge". That would cover it. Enjarjes are called tas-de-charge in this context, but obviously "vaults with tas-de-charge with a large number of courses in tas-de-charge" would be redundant.

"In tas-de-charge" would be the best way of handling "en tas-de-charge", in my view:

"The cross section drawing by Vincent of the nave shows five courses in tas-de-charge"

Alternatively, I suppose you could say "vaults with tas-de-charge with a large number of courses combined", but I think my first suggestion would be better.

DRAE The DRAE definition of "enjarje" is: "enlace de varios nervios de una bóveda en un punto de arranque."
