Slovak term

k_GlHh: in.obme.

Slovak to English Medical Medical (general) blood count
k_GlHh: I can't be sure whether it's an upper-case I or a lower-case L.

This appears in the serum results in a blood count (after S_ALP and S_AMS).
All the other items are prefixed with S_ but this one has k_ instead.

"in.obme." has come up three times now.

Perhaps it follows on from the previous item:

Glycated haemoglobin test

"In general, the reference range (that found in healthy young persons), is about 30–33 mmol/mol (4.9–5.2 DCCT %)."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glycated_hemoglobin

The value may be given in different units. In Slovakia DCCT is used:
"V súčasnosti sa môžeme stretnúť s dvoma metódami uvádzania jeho hodnôt, a to DCCT (podľa štúdie Diabetes Control and Complications) a IFCC (International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine) štandardizáciou. Na Slovensku sa používa takmer výhradne DCCT štandardizácia uvádzaná v percentách."

Not quite sure about "in.obme.", but it could stand for "limited/low amount".
