Ну, если взять State courier service (или к чему она там относится), то мне кажется, что вполне :) Ведь фельдслужбу РФ так и называют//Моё упущение. Подразумевала одно, написала другое :) //Ой, спасиба! :)

: State - это только одна из форм (а также military, militarised). В мультитране подраздел "военный термин" слово courier предлагает большое спектр вариантов перевода как courier service буз слова State. я бы предложиле highly secure или special

Спасибо, Марина! Да, варианты возможны. Я выбрала этот по аналогии с фельдъегерской службой Российской Федерации, т.к. в контексте речь идет о Министерстве транспорта Кыргызстана.

: EMS UKraine - это реально НЕ фельдъегерская служба и в украинском она называется не фельдъегерской, а экспресс почтой - мне приходилось иметь дело и с ними, и с настоящей фельдъегерськой службой Украины. Правда я НЕ против Special Courier Post.
