Romanian term

T, G, PC

Romanian to English Medical Psychology Autistic child\'s hospital discharge notes
This is in the section of the notes after the small boy's personal and family medical history. The paragraph heading is:

EXAMEN GENERAL:

"....constienta pastrata, T 131cm (p10), G 21 kg(< -5), PC 50.5 cm (p25-50), echilibrat respirator,"

I just want to check the initial letters here. Am I correct to say that "T" is some sort of body length measurement, "G" is weight (grams?), and "PC"??? I think I am not correct here?
Proposed translations (English)

Discussion

Lara Barnett (asker) Aug 21, 2016:
@ Claudia Yes, I realise that. I was wondering if the measurement accounted for the same parts or ways of measurement.
Claudia Coja Aug 21, 2016:
We still have a head - and a head circumference - after we grow up... Right? :)
Lara Barnett (asker) Aug 21, 2016:
Child This is a general examination for the boy as he is now, i.e. 10 years old, not for a baby.

Note from asker:
So P=Perimeter, which represents the English "circumference"?
