Also, my mandatory will represent me in front of the insurance company and will accomplish all the necessary formalities toward the conclusion of the insurance contracts and if it will be necessary the formalities that are imposed in view of the conclusion of the file and making the reparations and collection of any amounts of money that I am entitled to.
