Acum am vazut si celelalte contexte. La a doua, nu inteleg sensul lui ”conventie” doar din acest context - daca e vorba de ”agreement” cea mai uzuala ar fi ”entered into” (”agreement entered into with the client”, 122.000 google occurrences, https://www.google.ro/search?num=20&biw=1440&bih=729&q=”ente...

Daca insa e vorba de conventie in sens de ”terms/provisions”, ”set/decided/agreed (upon)” sunt cele mai corecte...

La a treia poate fi ”agreed-on”, daca procedura s-a stabilit de comun acord intre mai multe parti, dar nu pare asa, in context, ci tocmai ”established/set” (adica sensul de ”preexistenta”).
