As per the following schedule/Payable as follows
Explanation:
There are various ways you could word this, but to explain the meaning, scadențar is a timetable or schedule (of payments which should be made on the dates mentioned - 10th of the month). Since the dates are given immediately afterwards, "Payable as follows" would suffice here.

NB Although după often means "after", here it has the meaning of "according to" or "as per", so it's synonymous with "conform" (and indeed, if you Google "conform următorului scadențar", you'll find a couple of hits for that too).

Here's an example from a House of Lords webpage:

The Event Charge (including, where applicable, VAT at the prevailing rate) must be paid as per the following schedule. (...)

1 Deposit specified in Summary Agreement Form
This must be paid to HOL by the Event Organisation within 7 days of the date of the invoice (...)
2 Second instalment (pre-payment) specified in Summary Agreement Form
HOL shall issue an invoice to the Event Organisation approximately 6 weeks before the date of the Event, which must be paid within 7 days of the date of the invoice (...)
3 (...)
HOL shall issue an invoice to the Event Organisation after the Event which must be paid within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
