If the creditors rank equally, the price is distributed proportionately to their claims, unless some of them have a legal cause of preference.

daca intr-un material exista SI greseli, asta nu inseamna neaparat ca tot ce este scris in material este gresit. Mea culpa, trebuia sa caut o referinta mai credibila - intre timp mi-am facut timp sa caut si alte referinte.
