To the best of my knowledge this closely matches the intent the plaintiff seeks to fulfil with such an action at law.

"Obrigação de fazer" would render (in common law jurisdictions) as specific performance, i.e., when a plaintiff asks the court to force the defendant to perform as expected under a contract or otherwise.

For "antecipação de tutela" I decided to use relief rather than injunction because of the "definitive" nature of this remedy. So, here we have the court grant what is being asked before the actual trial based on certain statutory tests, rather than after a full-fledged discovery procedure.
