Portuguese term or phrase: acidente de trabalho com afastamento
it is a list of items, it reffers to costs for the company, no context...
I have:
despesas com transporte
despesas com alimentação
despesas com comunicação
acidente com afastamento
acidente sem afastamento

The only thing I can think of is "sick leave" but it is not that, is it?
I need something more specific that shows that the employee was absent from work due to some kind of injury which is related to the work he/she does...
any help appreciated

sick leave for on the job injury

Explanation:
AFASTAMENTO could be a number of things as we can see in this older question here at KudoZ, but the most logical in this context is your own suggestion of sick leave:

http://www.proz.com/kudoz/portuguese_to_english/bus_financia...

So, once we've established that, the translation of the full phrase has a few examples on the Web:

• Granted sick leave for on the job injury to Bernice Cross, lunchroom worker at Addison,

A lost time accident has nothing to do with the company's production. A lost time accident is defined as any accident where the employee cannot return to work the following day due to the accident, or in other words, it is the employee that loses time from work. All companies have health and safety programs to avoid these types of accidents because they increase insurance and Worker's Compensation payments and if the company's rates are very high agencies like OSHA begin to investigate the company.
So if an employee falls and breaks a leg and therefore cannot perform his regular job it is a lost time work accident. However if an employee suffers a minor cut that only requires a bandaid and can continue working despite the injury it is classified as just a work accident.
