As with a couple of other questions posted by mr.Mewes, this phrase makes no sense. "RESISESY" is probably travel sickness, "VM" might be "ved mindre".
The phrase indicates a label for an antihistamine, which would be effective when suffering from allergies, eyes and ears symptoms of same.
However, "VETR LUS" makes no sense. "LUS" = lice in Norwegian.
It would be a definite plus if mr. Mewes would clean up the phrases before submitting them, since answering the current ones are educated guesses, at best.
