Norwegian term
varetekstklausul
Norwegian to English
Law/Patents
Law (general)
In a paragraph concerning insurance cover held by the supplier: "Leverandøren skal dokumentere at han har såkalt varetekstklausul opphevet."
I get no hits with this term. I think it has to do with product descriptions, and that it may be some kind of proviso in an insurance contract.

Comment: "I've asked the client for more info on what this clause contains - could find nothing myself. Suspect there is a more commonly-used term for it. But I have been told I have to select so I have to choose. Will notify any addition info if I find out more."
