Again, this comes from an article explaining an emergency response procedure.
So far I have translated "Beredskap" as "Emergency response", and "Beredskapsorganisasjon" as "Emergency response team", but I would also appreciate the views of my peers on this!

Contingency works well.
Services is misleading.
I don't like preparedness as a word, it always sounds contrived to me, but it's used.
Take your pick really.
