Norwegian term or phrase: handelsbrev
This appears in a brief resume, under education, from 1977. My dictionary gives "trading/business licence", but is this correct in this context? I imagine it to be some kind of school/college certificate for what would today be known as business studies or something along that line. But I could be totally wrong here - does it only refer to a type of licence?
