Norwegian term or phrase: læringstrapp
It's been a long day, and I'm having trouble finding an equivalent in English. I am translating a text about assessment, and need the term "læringstrapp" in the following context:
"Læreren og eleven skal i samarbeid utarbeide en læringstrapp med riktig progresjon."
Any help would be much appreciated at this point!

learning progression plan
Explanation:
If this refers to a student with special needs or a disability then the concept itself is something like an "IEP" - Individual Education Plan.

Otherwise, from a teaching perspective, it is called "differentiated instruction".

As for the term itself, I don't know the direct equivalent.

Try "learning progression plan", "learning progression", "learning plan", "learning ladder"
