to indicate the essence of the case Explanation: According to the Teises zodynas, it is essence, which is slightly larger than the subject, i.e. into slightly more detail. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2009-11-03 01:02:38 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Black's give essence as any vital part of something, without which it would cease to have meaning or be itself, such as an essential clause in a contract. Confidentiality could be such a condition and still not be the subjeect of the contract. Same for court cases. |
