"脇出し品" is described as some kind of manufacturing 不具合, although I cannot find an official term for this anywhere. Also, there is a term 脇出しライン, which I assume is a section of the manufacturing line to which these "脇出し品" flow to for inspection.

脇出し品 are removed/diverted from the main line because they are defective. Hence, "removed parts" will do. ("Rejected parts" may also work, but "rejected parts" need to be "removed" from the main line.)
