I think that 導入先 can be "abstracted" rather than literally translating the term. 導入 literally means introduced, bring into, lead into, import, induce [Source: Nelson's Japanese Character Dictionary]

導入先 is likely to be a customer, but if this is perhaps related to an instruction/information manual, I would tend keep it more neutral as "site." It could be a system bequeathed to a school, government office, business office, etc. There are quite a few possibilities aside from being the direct "customer" if looking at a brochure, instruction manual, etc.

It is literally "system that is introduced to xxx" where xxx is a business, location... it is likely a customer. Assuming it this system is installed at a customer site, I suggest rendering it as a "customer-site system." I think this is trying to differentiate this system from other configurations of the system.
