sealed in a polyethylene bag Explanation: I'm quite familiar with this kind of immunoblot procedure. A membrane (and antibody solution) is placed in a heat-sealable bag that is made of polyethylene film. You could also say "sealed in a polyethylene film bag" if you must use a term film. |
