apologetische Absicht....ist wohl zu wörtlich.

"apologetisch" wird im Deutschen nicht in diesem Sinn verwendet. Hier geht es um eine in Italien (früher) konkrete Straftat.
Auf Eurlex in ähnlichen Formulierungen:
"apologia di reato ": Verbrechensverherrlichung
"apologia del martirio": den Märtyrertod verherrlichen

agree  Theresa Resch: https://www.ilpost.it/2017/09/13/camera-approvato-apologia-f... Da findest du auch die gesetzlichen Normen, die gegen die Verherrlichung des Gewaltregimes sind. Das ist ja genau der Kontext. In D: § 130 IV StGB. Und Art.1 § 3d Verbotsgesetz in Ö. ;)
