Lo tradurrei così come l'hanno scritto loro. Penso che tu possa aver ragione con "Laufzeit" ma potrebbe anche essere "Auszahlungsdauer/Auszahlungszeitraum" oppure "erwartete Lebensdauer ab Auszahlungsbeginn".
