La ditta auspicava che nel corso del 2006 venissero a conclusione alcune importanti cause riguardanti i claims relativi a lavori ultimati già da diversi anni per committenza pubblica. Purtroppo astensioni dal lavoro di magistrati ed avvocati hanno prodotto un ulteriore allungamento dei tempi di definizione di tali vertenze traducendosi in un immobilizzo di importanti risorse sottratte alla gestione ordinaria per tempi inammissibilmente lunghi ed in ulteriore dilatazione. Confidiamo che nel corso del 2007 almeno alcune di queste vicende trovino l’attesa soluzione mentre Vi confermiamo che le appostazioni restano prudenziali e giustificate dalla documentazione in nostro possesso.
