Je traduis un testament olographe.

Ledit testament contient les volontés du défunt qui répartit son patrimoine entre ses quatre enfants. L'un d'eux (XXX) semble bénéficier d'une propriété qui devra être répartie entre ses frères et soeurs et lui-même. XXX est chargé du collationnement.

Comment bien formuler la phraséologie placée en en-tête ayant trait à la valeur des quotes-parts répartie entre les cohéritiers ?

"I beni immobili dovranno preferibilmente essere assegnati in proprietà esclusiva a ciascuno figlio ovvero, se impossibile, assegnati in comunione tra loro curando che, in presenza di più immobili, il numero dei coeredi venga il più possibile contenuto.
