I'm reviewing a list of blood tests and have come up against this term:
HCG (per espianto)
the translator translated it as HCG (for explanation)
Even if that was a typo and he/she meant "explantation" , is it the right term? Would it not be more correct to use a term such as "oocyte harvesting"? Explantation doesn't seem to be used in the context of reproductive technology in English as far as I can see.
Thanks in advance.
