"Il soggetto promotore dichiara di rinunciare ad esercitare la rivalsa sui vincitori per gli importi versati, in qualità di sostituto di imposta, per le ritenute IRPEF previste dall’art. 30 del DPR n. 600 del 29/09/1973."
I assume it must be fairly standard for competition prizes etc and tax status.
