Maybe this could be of help - depends on context

Yes That's probably it. His Beatitude.
Marco Solinas Nov 18, 2017:
Sua Beatitudine? I think Phil is right. "S"." stands for "Sua" and "Bne." might stand for "Beatitudine", an honorific given to the Patriarchs of the Oriental Christian church.
If the asker were to post the entire sentence, this hypothesis could be tested.
philgoddard Nov 18, 2017:
This asker doesn't give context, unfortunately, but based on his previous question, I'm guessing this is an honorific title and "S" stands for "Suo".

Your Blessedness

Must be "Sua Beatitudine". I don't even know if you can say "Your Blessedness" as a title, but still. You can find uses such as:

... ma a tutte l'occasioni l' amore et affettion grande et paterna, che **S. Bne** porta alla Mtà Sua et alli suoi Serenissimi figliuoli, et quanto ringrafii Dio di vedere in ...

Et summamente mi rallegro che Iddio habbia così ben disposto **S. Bne** in quello ...

... e insieme la quiete & pace **S. Bne**, che da quanto altrove ...

If figures.

Oh, right, I see it was already suggested in the discussion.

Marco, you are probably right. Post it as an answer and I'll agree and delete mine.
