I would also change \"Linux Distribution\" in my comments above to \"distribution with Linux,\" as XFCE is another free desktop environment intended for such distribution.
And given the added context, I would say that -nya here means the windows-manager functions for creation of this particular desktop environment, since there are two under discussion: i.e., Gnome, and Windows-Maker.

Munculnya Window-Manager XFCE menambah sederetan daftar interface grafis untuk Linux, atau lebih dikenali dengan Window Manager. Kebanyakan program-program yang beredar saat ini untuk distribusi Linux berjalan dengan Windows Manager Gnome. Ada juga yang malah mempercayakannya pada Window-Maker yang sederhana.
Sama seperti Window Manager lainnya, XFCE juga menggunakan graphic library GTK+.
