Once again I'm flummoxed by an abbreviation. This time I don't even know if it's English or Greek, as the authors use both. MS Word claims it's English when I convert it to lower case, but I don't believe it.

This is from a slide presentation, so there's no more relevant context, except the general topic is CAR-T cell therapy
for lymphoma.

Οπίσθιο ... something?
