I had chosen to delete, 'presentation' and go for the present explanation.
You can, say 'a wooden illuminated sign' since it is 'an item' , a thing, something solid, something made, something manufactured.

I bet my bottom dollar, m a a, 'ΠΑΡΑΣΤΑΣΗ' is a back translation of 'SIGN', otherwise how would you translate 'Wooden Illuminated Sign' from En>gr? 'Ξύλινη φωτειζώμενη πινακίδα/παράσταση'.
So, I suggest you even drop, 'presentation', which I had suggested before and go for 'sign'!!!

You can also find examples with the word 'illuminated' - or 'pre-lit', which I suppose means that it already has lights fitted inside it.
