Θα βρεις στο Google πολλές αναφορές για "mobilisation of fluid" και "elimination of fluid" που αφορούν το σώμα.

Με επιφύλαξη, πιστεύω ότι το "υπερκυτταρικό υγρό" ίσως να είναι λάθος σ' αυτήν την περίπτωση. Δεν βρίσκω αναφορά σε υπερκυτταρικό υγρό και σύμφωνα με Dorland's hypercellularity είναι "η παθολογική αύξηση του αριθμού των κυττάρων, όπως για παράδειγμα στο μυελό των οστών".

Μίνα, σκέφτηκα ότι σε σχέση με την υπόλοιπη πρόταση, το εξάλειψη και άρα και το elimination πέφτει λίγο βαρύ. Καλύτερα προτείνω συνολικά:
