first of all, this is not german. Second, it is not english either. You probably mean a MALE slut, don't you? Well, I don't know the answer to that because I'm not sure they exist. Neither am I sure if this is the site to visit for language like that. If you have an argument with your or somebody elses boyfriend, you shoudn't use words like that and you know it.
