Sein Leibaryt Arad Nasa hatte schon alle nur denkbaren Methoden und Mixturen an dem kñniglichen Patienten ausprobiert, doch leider ohne jeden Erfolg. Die Qualen wurden immer heftiger und liessen sich durch nichts mehr beeeinflussen. Der Tag kam, da der verständlicherweise äusserst ungnädig gestimmte Herrscher seinem Arzt ein Ultimatum stellte:
Entweder er befreie ihn von seinen Schmerzen - oder der Kopf sollte ihm abgeschlagen werden. Da Nassa nichts mehr einfiel, wandte er in seinter Not eine noch kaum erprobte **Aussenseiter-Methode** an, von der er gerüchteweise gehört hatte. Er zog dem Pharao sämtliche faulen Zähne.
