When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

По-немецки это будет почти 100% "Ц". В немецком можно по пальцам пересчитать слова, где "Z" произносится как "З", я вот так сразу и не припомню таких, возможно, их и вообще нет (если не считать заимствования). Но вообще, конечно, надо полное слово, чтобы понять, из чего это сокращение выведено и как оно точно произносится.
Как зачем? Документ перепираем. Сурьезный! :) |

Не сочтите за труд, напомните немецкие слова, где "Z" произносится как "З". Ах, французский! Осталось только понять, почему вы тогда поддержали Эрику, ведь тогда это будет как минимум "БурмиШт", а не "БурмиХт", как у нее и у меня.

Как видите, а) речь только про немецкий и б) я сказал о том, что надо бы полное слово. А тут, оказывается, дело даже не в полном слове, а в том, что язык вообще совершенно другой.
