E' soltanto un suggerimento. Servirebbe più contesto. Mi sembrerebbe trattarsi di apparecchi luminosi, ovvero lampade. Potrebbero essere dei SEGNALATORI A TERRA A LED IN VETRO TEMPRATO ?? Quelli che vengono posizionati (murati) all'esterno per segnalare percorsi, rampe , ecc.
