peer agreement (net): +1agente autorizzato a concludere contratti Explanation: o agente stipulatore non sono sicura ma che credo che Abschlußvermittler sia qualcosa di molto simile a Abschlußvertreter che è appunto l'agente (meglio che intermediario autorizzato a concludere (abschließen) gli affari -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 47 mins (2004-09-17 16:17:55 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- il diz. giuridico riporta per Anlagevermittler = intermediario in investimenti immobiliari che è qui, naturalmente, del tutto sbagliato che ne diresti di qualcosa tipo consulente finanziario? la differenza è tra chi offre consulenze per affari in senso lato e chi le offre soltanto negli investimenti in senso stretto (azioni, fondi di investimenti ecc.) certo, con una parola sola non te la cavi, in italiano! |

s.u. Explanation: das ist nur eine Anmerkung zu dem, was Smarinella gesagt hat. Ein Vertreter (agente) kann Abschlussvertreter(s.smarinella) oder Vermittlungsvertreter (senza potere di concludere) sein. Für Vermittlungsvertreter habe ich einen ital. Vertrag vorliegen in dem er als agente senza rappresentanza bezeichnet wird. Also für Abschlussvertreter auch agente con rappresentanza (con potere di r.). Non penso che Abschlussv. stia in contrappositione a Anlagev. ma che è solo una sua precisione, cioè precisa che è autorrizato a concludere contratti. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs 1 min (2004-09-17 19:32:06 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Für Anlagevertreter würde ich nicht consulente sondern den entsprechenden Terminus mit agente bzw. intermediario nehmen. |
