Funktionsbeschreibung
Die Tür der Ofenanlage ist für das Chargieren vorgesehen und kann dafür manuell
geöffnet werden. Das Öffnen und Schließen der Tür erfolgt über eine Hydraulik, die über
ein Bedienfeld neben der Ofentür betätigt wird.
Die Position der Tür wird durch Endschalter überwacht. Wird die Tür in der laufenden
Produktion geöffnet, gehen die Brenner automatisch aus. Wenn die Tür wieder
geschlossen wurde, starten die Brenner wieder automatisch.
Es ist nicht notwendig die Tür für den Gießvorgang zu öffnen, da das Aluminium über
eine Gießnase ausgegossen wird. Dafür wird der Ofen gekippt.
