this must be some part of the door in public transportation, but I can't find any explanations on the web or even an image....

In the second, it's a panel above the door containing an air vent or used to display a route map (wait for the pictures to scroll through and you'll see what I mean).

I'm pretty sure that "Türvoute" is identical with "Türlaibung". And the translation for that is door reveal to my knowledge.
