"Der gehäuselose Stator besteht aus zwei Druckringen mit dem dazwischenliegenden Blechpaket und den Zugleisten. Der Rotor wird auf der B-Seite im Lagerschild gelagert und ist mit dem Ritzel durch eine Membrankupplung verbunden. Das Ritzel ist im A-seitigen Lagerschild doppelt gelagert.
Im B-seitigen Druckring ist der Luftschacht integriert, über den die Kühlluft in den Motor gelangt."

Talking about the construction of a bogie frame for an electric locomotive. I have absolutely no idea what a Zugleiste is supposed to be and can't find a translation for it anywhere. TIA for any light you can shed on this most obscure word.
