Shopping mile / street / passage / arcade

Depending on the location, and its setup - this should work fine.
I think a "modern" way to translate this would be the "shopping mile", but if you want a direct translation: shopping passage (way)
Example sentence:

Stroll along the shopping mile to spend all your money

You will find everything you want including * shops on the shopping mile
