There has to be a better term for this than "cliff enclosed indoor swimming pool". Does anyone have any good suggestions? Is there a correct English term for this?

agree  Francis Lee (X): This (grotto-style pool) occured to me as well, but I didn't post it because I felt it sounded perhaps too enclosed i.e. barely room to walk/stoop. But it does indeed Google well. Depends on exactly what is involved here ...

cavern-like / rock-inclosed pool


Explanation:
"Enclosed" was my first idea, too - but with "rock".

There are several “rock” enclosed hot tubs
