When it comes to colors - at least in the US - the term is usually "available in [color]". ("The cardigan is also available in espresso.")

Another - less common - option is "comes in" - as in: The cardigan also comes in espresso.

agree Sabine Odinga : comes in xx, I'd say, as 'aufgemacht' is more colloquial in German, too and not a standard expression like 'available'

Maybe "aufgemacht" is just a bit "flowery".
