Es geht um die Anzeige eine Handfunkgeraets.

Nur Stichworte.

Bei "Anzeige Anruferidentität" faellt mir spontan "caller ID" ein, aber was ist dann "Anzeige Teilnehmeridentitaet", "own identity"????? Aber warum sollte die angezeigt werden??

Kann mir jemand den Unterschied erklaeren?

Explanation:
The subscriber ID (or in full 'International Mobile Subscriber Identification', as Robert pointed out), is (to quote from The Smart Card Handbook [Rankl]), 'the unique subscriber identity within the GSM system... It consists of the Mobile Country Code (MCC), the Mobile Network Code (MNC), and a serial number assigned by the network operator'.
Effectively, the IMSI is the identification number of the smart card fitted in the mobile phone (which is also called the 'subscriber identity module' or SIM).
The caller ID is, I believe, the same as the subscriber's mobile phone number.
