Rpm and position control circuit

(Rpm = rotational speed)

Thus: a control circuit to regulate the rotational speed and the position.

RPM and position feedback loop

Regelkreis - feedback loop (US English)

Lage - position

Drehzahl - RPM (revolutions per minute)

r.p.m. - automatic position control system

r.p.m. = revolutions per minute

automatic control system or closed loop (NC)

In the absence of a complete sentence, this is about the best I can think of.

"Closed loop (rotational) speed and position control circuit"

Now, assuming everyone else has misread your question and the way you stated it was not a typo, then youre looking at a control circuit that controls and regulates *both* speed and position, ("Drehstrom- *und* Lage....) which would be exactly what you would need on a "Getriebemotor" in some sort of positioning system where a steppermotor is too small (or too expensive) for the application. These units are standard and consist of a motor, a gearbox and an optical or magnetic speed and positioning sensor (I used to design these ;-) ) which allows a controller to calculate how fast and how far something moveable has moved.

control circuit for rpm and bearing

Just a layman's thought, namely that in the original there is an r missing, i.e. Lagerregelkreis.
