The (rental) multiplier is between 28.2 and 29.2 (times) Explanation: (Rental) multiplier is the usual technical term for the relationship between capital value and rental income. This is is common use by German real estate agents and valuers - Anglo-Saxon valuers prefer to use "yield" - i.e. the reciprocal of the multiplier expressed as %. I also assume that the last ,2 is a typo - can't make much sense of it otherwise |
