Hi,
Does anybody have a good trans for "Eigeninvestition"? Schaefer says "internal investment" and I've found a hit on the net which is "own investment". I'm not convinced by either of them.
The context is "Den größten Teil der Geschäftstätigkeit machen Eigeninvestitionen in Immobilien und - zu einem geringeren Anteil – die strukturierte Finanzierung von Immobilientransaktionen für private und institutionelle Anleger aus Dänemark und anderen Ländern aus".

Speedy thoughts appreciated. I only have an hour and a half before meltdown. Thanks in advance.
