The 'repeat offenders' is of course meant tongue-in-cheek in this instance. How to best get the irony without sounding too crude? I thought of 'the wicked persisting in their ways'. "Returning to scene of the crime" etc. is too much over the top. Same with offenders, malefactors, transgressors and what have you.

Everybody please call on their criminal talents to get me out of the slammer.

It just crossed my mind: people who can't keep their hands off the cookie jar (or something to that effect...) if you want to make it sound a bit more "forceful"
