My document is a dispute about the use of a term "Sekundarmetabolit" in the context of a patent about the addition of a microorganism that has the ability to inhibit the growth of spoilage organisms in silage selected from yeasts, moulds and spore-forming bacteria.
I think that your term is correct, but where is Schutz in this term?

Agree with Kim re more context For a more specific answer more context required about the subject matter, e.g Streitschutz has at least seven different definitions according to the subject matter

Sounds like a possibility without more context. I can't find anything to confirm this. Possibly also: patent rights in dispute

Admittedly I have not come across such a term per se.
On the other hand 'patent disputation' IS an established term : 125 direct G-Hits and 186,000 iindirect/ linked) hits.
