Laparoscope/laparoscopic Explanation: This doesn't seem like a standard term, but most of the descriptions of this technique on the web (Google: ADAM technique axillary dissection endoscope) refer to laparoscopy and/or endoscopy. The former is probably a better description (even though more usually used for access to the abdomen) as there is no way you can access the axilla through a natural opening which is usual for endoscopy.
