neutral  uyuni: AFAIK 'MSNR' is used in a rehab context of DRV ('Deutsche Rentenversicherung'), not in hospital billing, the equivalent for the latter would be OPS, rather...With Phil I doubt that there is a 1:1 translation of the abbreviation.
