Any idea what HSZ is? Is it maybe a typo?

Discussion
I'd rather use a descriptive translation - signs and symptoms of focal/asymmetrical … or whatever - based on the link I provided. There is quite a number of Ghits - or else wait for somebody who knows it.
As Patricia pointed out, HSZ involve a range of different findings, so hemiparesis is too narrow.
